About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of existing investors and build trusted relationships through personalized engagement, education, and consistent follow-through. You will lead daily portfolio reviews, explain investment performance and portfolio construction, identify venture planning opportunities, coordinate with internal stakeholders, maintain CRM records, and improve investor engagement processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, investor relations, or a related client-facing field
- Experience building relationships with sophisticated individual investors
- Knowledge of investment performance, portfolio construction, diversification, and long-term investment horizons
- Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Ability to manage 6–8 substantive portfolio review conversations daily
- Ability to manage hundreds of ongoing relationships and maintain accurate records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to educate and influence through trust
- Ability to work effectively across teams
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing investors and build trusted relationships
- Conduct 6–8 structured investor portfolio reviews daily
- Educate investors on venture investing, fund offerings, and portfolio construction
- Identify opportunities for Venture Planning conversations
- Proactively engage investors throughout their investment journey
- Collaborate with Managing Partners, Community Relations, and Investor Services
- Deliver responsive, knowledgeable investor support
- Maintain accurate CRM records of investor interactions and follow-up activities
- Recommend improvements to engagement strategies, processes, products, and services
