About the Role

You will handle complex customer security engagements, including negotiations, questionnaires, audits, executive briefings, and trust artifacts. You will develop reusable security positions and playbooks, automate evidence gathering, validate security claims, and route customer issues to the appropriate owners.

Requirements

• Security expertise in at least one domain and working fluency across engineering, governance, risk, and compliance
• Hands-on customer-facing security experience with audits, questionnaires, contract terms, or executive briefings
• Ability to balance business needs and security requirements
• Experience writing reusable positions, playbooks, or standard answers
• Written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate engineering, Legal, and GRC stakeholders
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Negotiate security terms and schedules with regulated enterprise customers
• Complete complex customer questionnaires, RFPs, and security assessments
• Run onsite and remote security audits through documented closure
• Deliver detailed customer security briefings
• Develop reusable legal-approved positions, answer-bank content, and audit runbooks
• Automate questionnaire and RFP work and verify machine-drafted responses
• Write and maintain customer-facing trust artifacts
• Route control gaps and capability requests to Product and Security owners
• Identify engagement patterns and report them to leadership
• Track and report engagement metrics
