You will support users across email, Discord, website chat, forums and social media, helping them solve technical issues. You will create how-tos, guides, wikis and knowledge base articles for recurring questions. You will collaborate with engineers to debug challenging technical problems and use basic Linux tools such as SSH and terminal commands when troubleshooting. You will communicate clearly in writing and empathize with users while handling repeated user interactions.
