About the Role

You will support users across email, Discord, website chat, forums and social media for non-technical issues. You will coordinate with logistics and fulfillment to resolve order and shipping problems, assist with order modifications, returns, replacements and repairs, and create how-tos, guides, wikis and knowledge base articles for recurring questions. You should communicate clearly and empathetically while engaging directly with users.
