About the Role
You will support customer accounts across Payments API Treasury Portal and OTC products. You will manage relationships troubleshoot technical issues monitor account health respond to inquiries guide customers through best practices document issues and collaborate with Product and Sales teams to improve adoption and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services crypto technology customer support or account management
- Experience managing or supporting API-driven and technical product accounts
- Excellent English reading writing and speaking skills
- Flexibility to work defined shifts as required
- Ability to analyze account health transaction volumes and customer trends
Responsibilities
- Support assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Investigate troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across multiple channels
- Monitor account health adoption activity and support tickets
- Manage prioritize and respond to customer inquiries and escalations
- Guide customers through tailored best-practice sessions
- Log track and document customer issues interactions escalations and success plans
- Share customer insights with Product and Sales teams and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
