You will handle formal complaints within regulatory deadlines, investigate and resolve issues, improve internal procedures, maintain accurate complaint records, and collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies. You will also perform root-cause analysis, support quality control, monitor compliance requirements, and help deliver clear and fair complaint resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least a provisional certificate
- At least 18 months of customer service experience
- C1+ English fluency
- C1+ Portuguese fluency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Numeracy analytical and IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Empathy and commitment to helping people
- Drive self-motivation and a flexible team-player attitude
- Independent problem-solving approach
- Investigative experience is desirable
- Retail customer service or insurance background is desirable
