About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers in a fast-paced call center. You will handle inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries, explain products, guide customers through applications, troubleshoot platform issues, and conduct video notary sessions. You will identify support trends, share improvement ideas, and complete training and licensing programs.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role
- Ability to become a licensed e-notary and pass required background checks
- Complete required compliance training
- Clear, confident, and compassionate communication skills
- Ability to build customer trust by phone and in writing
- Organizational skills
- Ability to learn new technology platforms
- BA/BS from an accredited university preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails
- Guide customers through products and application processes
- Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve customer concerns
- Deliver support through phone, chat, and email
- Identify support trends and contribute process-improvement ideas
- Conduct video notary sessions
- Participate in training and licensing programs
