About the Role

You own the technical success of Verisoul's customers, acting as the bridge between the product and the customer. You'll be responsible for pilots, integrations, support, and ongoing account success, operating with extreme ownership and accountability for making customers successful end to end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience across solutions engineering, sales engineering, product, technical customer success, support, or account management
• Code literacy with ability to read and write code in Python or JavaScript and debug customer integrations
• Ownership mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Data fluency including comfort using SQL or Excel
• Location requirement: in person in Austin, TX

Responsibilities

• Own customer pilots from start to finish, writing code snippets and configuring dashboards
• Ensure integrations are implemented correctly
• Analyze pilot and production data to demonstrate impact
• Serve as first line of technical support, responding quickly to customer questions
• Resolve integration or product issues
• Manage customer relationships post integration
• Identify customer challenges and translate them into product improvements
• Build and deploy AI automation to automate customer support, analytics, and operational workflows
