About the Role
You will manage customer expectations, program timelines, risks, documentation, and deployment activities for aviation robotics programs. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, conduct site surveys, gather requirements, support customer handoffs, and help ensure aviation safety and compliance alignment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of program or project management experience in robotics, aerospace, or complex technology environments
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with technical or customer-facing documentation
- Experience supporting hardware, software, and real-world deployments
- Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
Responsibilities
- Provide customer updates on milestones, risks, and timelines
- Manage customer expectations with the product lead
- Author and organize program and solution-design documentation
- Align deliverables with customer requirements and aviation compliance standards
- Contribute to compliance lists, definitions, statements of work, and contractual documents
- Coordinate activities across engineering, product, and operations
- Drive robotic-system deployments at customer sites
- Participate in site surveys and document operational requirements
- Track schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
