About the Role
You will provide multi-channel support for high-value customers, resolve complex trading and account queries, and manage escalations, complaints, and disputes. You will offer trade assistance, P&L analysis, and margin calculations, coordinate investigations, support customer campaigns, and contribute to documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Four to five years of relevant customer-facing experience
- Experience handling complex and sensitive customer issues
- Communication skills across digital and phone channels
- Problem-solving skills
- English fluency
- Interest in financial markets and trading or investing
- Experience with financial products, derivatives, or trading platforms
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and consumer rights
- Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver support through Intercom and Genesys
- Handle inbound queries and proactive outbound communications
- Resolve complex trading and account escalations
- Manage long-standing cases and coordinate stakeholders
- Process complaints and disputes with compliance teams
- Provide product and trading-platform support
- Offer trade assistance, P&L analysis, and margin calculations
- Own interactions through resolution
- Identify customer-experience process improvements
- Contribute to training materials and process documentation
- Support international projects
