About the Role
You will resolve complex customer issues involving options trading and margin, using empathy and product expertise. You will analyze customer issues and trends, handle escalations, collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering, improve knowledge and training materials, and support Event Contracts after obtaining Series 3 licensure.
Requirements
- Three or more years of customer experience in financial services
- At least one year in an active trader role or on a trade desk
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Engineering
- Experience handling and de-escalating escalated customers
- Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and fintech
- Series 3 and Series 4 preferred
Responsibilities
- Improve customer experience metrics with cross-functional partners
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Develop expertise in options and margin trading
- Use customer insights and data to identify trends and escalate findings
- Contribute to knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding
- Resolve escalated customer issues while balancing compliance requirements
- Participate in continuous learning and process improvements
- Support Event Contracts after obtaining Series 3 licensure
