About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will assist customers by phone, email, and chat across topics ranging from simple to complex, including equities, margin, and options trading. You will apply financial concepts to help customers use Robinhood products effectively and deliver courteous, accurate, and timely responses.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to phone and written customer experience channels
- Ability to defuse customer anxiety and deliver exceptional service
- Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a multitask environment
- Schedule flexibility for evening and weekend hours
