About the Role
The CXR Pathway Program is an entry point for recent graduates to build a career in financial services. Participants support brokerage customers, complete paid study and training for the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, and progress toward becoming registered representatives.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with customer-facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or financial services industry experience preferred
- Commitment and resilience over 26 weeks to complete licensing and registered representative training
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize in a multitask environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility for future evening and weekend shifts
- Existing FINRA SIE license preferred
- Customer support experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone channels
- Identify and communicate improved ways to serve customers
- Develop proficiency in financial concepts and financial services
- Complete licensing training and become a registered representative
- Defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service
