About the Role
You will support customers through chat, email, and phone while studying for SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. You will develop customer-service and financial-services expertise, communicate customer feedback, and progress toward Registered Representative proficiency.
Requirements
- Commitment and resilience to complete licensing and Registered Representative proficiency over 26 weeks
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize work in a multitasking environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support customers through phone and written channels
- Customer-anxiety de-escalation skills
- Schedule flexibility, including potential evening and weekend shifts
