You will support users through complex financial topics and platform features using chat email and phone. You will resolve inquiries with empathy and independent judgment while identifying feedback trends that can improve customer service. You will also develop expertise in financial services products and concepts.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain complex topics clearly
Ability to adapt to phone and written support channels
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced evolving environment
Ability to work the required shift in a 24/7 model
Customer support experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or financial services experience is a plus
