About the Role
You will serve as a subject matter expert for credit card and banking products. You will resolve complex cardholder inquiries, investigate issues, escalate concerns appropriately, identify product trends, and advocate for service improvements using customer feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center support experience, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with text, email, and phone support channels
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Responsibilities

- Resolve complex customer inquiries independently
- Investigate issues and escalate them appropriately
