About the Role
You will own merchant relationships from post-signature through go-live and early revenue ramp-up. You will manage post-KYB onboarding for high-risk merchants, resolve risk compliance and integration blockers, guide payment flow and decline management, coordinate stakeholders, monitor transaction and authorization metrics, and recommend performance improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in payments fintech or high-risk industries in customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of payment flows risk frameworks and regulatory environments
- Ability to manage complex high-stakes merchant relationships
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical mindset focused on performance and revenue outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for influencing technical and commercial stakeholders
Responsibilities
