About the Role

You support branches across Melbourne's Metro North area as the first point of contact for customers, travelling between Airport West, Coburg, Highpoint, Moonee Ponds, and Northland when required. You identify suitable products and services, process banking transactions, maintain accurate customer details, demonstrate digital banking options, and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability five days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Ability to travel between Airport West, Coburg, Highpoint, Moonee Ponds, and Northland branches
  • Driver's licence

Responsibilities

  • Support Metro North branches as the first point of contact for customers
  • Travel between branches to cover planned and unplanned leave
  • Identify suitable customer products and services, including account opening and unsecured lending
  • Process banking transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details
  • Demonstrate self-service and digital banking options
  • Undertake ongoing training and development
