About the Role

You will provide regulatory compliance guidance for banking and consumer lending products, review marketing materials and customer disclosures, manage complaint and audit responses, perform quality assurance reviews, coordinate with sponsor banks, maintain compliance policies and training, and partner with product and operational teams to build compliant customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide compliance guidance on new products, features, and process changes
Review marketing materials, customer communications, and disclosures
Coordinate responses to regulatory agencies and escalated customer complaints
Perform quality assurance reviews of Reg Z and Reg E disputes
Coordinate due diligence requests with sponsor banks and third-party partners
Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
Support internal audits, sponsor bank reviews, and regulatory examinations
Track issues and prepare remediation responses
Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering
