About the Role

You transform mid-market customers’ finance workflows from implementation through agentic workflow adoption. You manage change strategies, drive stakeholder adoption, communicate financial outcomes, use AI tools daily, support agentic finance workflows, coordinate implementations with Account Executives and Technical Consulting, and share customer insights with Product.

Requirements

5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations
Track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
Ability to drive workflow adoption and navigate stakeholder resistance
Daily habitual use of AI tools
Ability to communicate financial impact and P&L outcomes
Technical acumen with integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture
Success in fast-paced SaaS or FinTech environments
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Experience with AI-powered or agentic workflows
Exposure to FP&A, accounting software, expense management, or CFO workflows

Responsibilities

Lead mid-market customers through implementation and agentic workflow adoption
Build change management strategies for accounts
Map stakeholders and diagnose resistance
Drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes
Communicate financial impact to Controllers and finance leaders
Manage stakeholder relationships
Use AI tools to prepare for calls, build materials, synthesize data, and identify risks
Help customers adopt agentic finance capabilities
Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting
Bring customer insights to Product
