About the Role
You will build, manage, and maintain validator infrastructure and tooling for blockchain systems. You will operate on-chain infrastructure including validators, light clients, and RPC nodes; improve monitoring and alerting; experiment with blockchain technologies; strengthen security through key management, server hardening, and intrusion detection; support external partnerships; participate in public forums; and maintain high availability across a distributed environment.
Requirements
- Passion for blockchain technology
- Experience managing proof-of-stake blockchain infrastructure, preferably on Solana or Ethereum
- Understanding of software engineering principles, Linux, Kubernetes, monitoring and alerting, and networking
- Experience with cloud-based and bare-metal infrastructure
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Salt
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining complex systems
- Familiarity with on-chain trading, DeFi, and risk management
- High proficiency with Bash scripting
- Experience with Python, Golang, Rust, or another programming language
- Reliable and predictable availability
