About the Role
You will act as product counsel for onchain products from design through launch. You will evaluate legal and regulatory risks, review partnership contracts, track crypto regulatory developments, advise product and engineering partners, and develop frameworks for new markets and products.
Requirements
- Securities, derivatives, or financial-services legal background
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience
- Experience advising on self-custody wallets, decentralized exchanges, or tokenized assets
- Ability to operate across jurisdictions with developing regulatory guidance
- Ability to explain legal and regulatory concepts to product and engineering partners
- Experience using AI tools for legal research and drafting
Responsibilities
- Serve as product counsel for onchain products from concept through launch
- Evaluate legal and regulatory risk for new onchain features and multi-jurisdictional launches
- Review and edit commercial partnership contracts
- Align legal strategy across the onchain product suite
- Track and interpret crypto regulatory developments and provide practical guidance
- Develop legal frameworks for new onchain markets and products
