About the Role
You will support industrial effectiveness by managing cross-functional technical interfaces for product and process methods. You will contribute to the technical development plan, lead cross-functional assignments such as statistical process control deployment, support the process-reference community, organize forums with design engineering and process specialists, and coordinate reporting with manufacturing sites, including research tax-credit reporting.
Requirements
- Hold an engineering qualification
- Have significant industrial experience in product and process methods
- Demonstrate project management and cross-functional facilitation skills
- Demonstrate coaching and teaching skills
- Know problem-solving methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, and statistical process control
- Have operational English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Support the product and process methods technical-development plan
- Lead cross-functional assignments, including statistical process control deployment
- Support the process-reference community
- Organize cross-functional forums with design engineering and process specialists
- Coordinate reporting with manufacturing plants, including research tax-credit reporting
