About the Role
Execute credit structures and agreements, develop financial products and documentation, manage lending contracts and collateral, build funding partnerships, and analyze risk and market trends across CeFi and DeFi.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products structuring; tier 1 investment bank experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of crypto markets and financing; lending experience at a top crypto platform preferred.
- Experience structuring complex financial products for institutions and startups.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships across legal, operations, compliance, sales, and business teams.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, organized, analytical, and strong communication skills.
- Strong risk management experience, including process and control framework development.
Responsibilities
- Execute credit structures, including credit agreements and control agreements.
- Develop credit structures, agreements, and documentation as the loan portfolio changes.
- Originate client solutions and drive revenue growth across market conditions.
- Negotiate, prepare, and close legal contracts within the lending business.
- Structure credit opportunities with legal, operations, compliance, sales, and business teams.
- Track collateral across venues and business lines to optimize utilization, yield, and funding.
- Create memos and runbooks for current and future funding facilities across CeFi and DeFi.
- Originate and manage external funding partner relationships.
- Analyze risk levels and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and lead improvements.
