About the Role

Own Sintra's creative process across paid channels, combining creative strategy, consumer psychology, and performance marketing to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

3–5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social.
Proven performance through creative direction across Meta, TikTok, or Google.
Strong analytical understanding of CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
Experience briefing and collaborating with creative contributors.
Strong hands-on copywriting skills for hooks, scripts, and ad copy.
Deep understanding of hooks, emotions, storytelling, and platform-native formats.
Highly organized with the ability to structure creative processes.
Bonus: experience building creative systems or managing a creative team.

Responsibilities

Organize and manage the creative process from ideation to final delivery.
Brief copywriters, video editors, designers, and UGC creators.
Approve final creatives and deliver assets to the ad buying team with testing angles.
Run structured creative testing frameworks.
Analyze CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS to guide creative decisions.
Ensure messaging and creatives meet performance and brand-alignment standards.
Lead a creative team as operations expand.
