Lead the design team to define and execute innovative design strategies for Web3 and crypto projects. Create and maintain a cohesive visual language across illustrations, icons, color, typography and motion. Design user-centric interfaces that meet product and user needs, monitor Web3, blockchain and crypto design trends, and collaborate with product and marketing to ensure design consistency.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Mandarin proficiency
- Impressive portfolio of design work, preferably within web3 or crypto
- Experience with automated design tools and interest in AI technologies
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe
- Strong strategic thinking and creative execution skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent education background from a renowned art school
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design or a related field
- Crypto native or DeFi experience is a plus
