About the Role
You will define the visual language for lock-screen and mobile content across formats. You will create and document a practical style system covering composition, color, tone, and style; curate and transform raw image and video assets; and direct content that combines cover-quality aesthetics with engagement performance.
Requirements
- Experience in senior creative, art direction, or editorial roles in advertising agencies, high-volume digital publishing, or media and magazine editorial environments
- Expertise in image curation, cropping, color grading, and video editing and direction
- Ability to build visual style systems and balance aesthetics with CTR and engagement metrics
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end creative execution across digital and mobile formats
Responsibilities
- Define and document a scalable visual style system
- Set visual standards for editors and regional leads
- Collaborate with product, data, and the CEO to align visual quality with CTR and engagement
- Curate, crop, color-grade, and transform raw image assets into premium content
- Direct and edit video content from raw assets
- Create high-performing digital cover content across mobile formats
