About the Role

You will lead development of CPU core test generators and define the strategy, infrastructure, and methodology for ISA and microarchitectural verification. You will create directed and randomized stimulus, support RISC-V certification, and guide a small engineering team while remaining hands-on with implementation and debugging.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CPU design verification, test generation, or related CPU validation experience
  • Experience leading test-generator development for x86, ARM, or RISC-V ISA environments
  • Knowledge of CPU ISA behavior, privileged architecture, and out-of-order CPU microarchitecture
  • Ability to build scalable verification tools, stimulus, and automation
  • Ability to communicate across design, verification, architecture, emulation, and post-silicon teams
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of CPU core-level test generators for high-performance out-of-order RISC-V cores
  • Own generator strategy, infrastructure, and methodology for ISA and microarchitectural verification
  • Develop directed and randomized stimulus for architectural corner cases and complex CPU behavior
  • Support RISC-V certification through test content, compliance flows, debugging, and closure
  • Guide a team of 4–5 engineers while contributing hands-on implementation, debugging, and verification
