About the Role
You will analyze cost of revenue, gross margin, and infrastructure cost drivers. You will build cost-per-minute, cost-per-call, and unit-economics models; partner on infrastructure cost optimization; forecast COGS; and produce gross-margin reporting and variance analysis for leadership.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of FP&A or cost and financial analysis experience
- Unit-economics experience
- Experience analyzing cloud and infrastructure costs
- Excel skills
- Financial modeling skills
- Experience at an infrastructure-heavy or usage-based company
- Familiarity with cloud cost tooling
- Familiarity with data and business-intelligence tools
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze cost of revenue and gross margin
- Analyze cloud, infrastructure, inference, and telephony costs
- Build cost-per-minute and cost-per-call models
- Develop unit-economics models
- Partner on infrastructure cost optimization
- Forecast COGS in the operating plan
- Support gross-margin reporting and variance analysis
