Requirements
- At least 6 years of combined experience in strategic consulting, corporate planning or business leadership, or strategy in fintech, finance, or IT
- Business-level English, with TOEIC 850 or above as a guideline
- Knowledge or experience in finance, including payments, banking, securities, or insurance
- Management-oriented thinking and strong planning and execution skills
Responsibilities
- Drive projects and special assignments
- Support business planning through research and analysis
- Develop proposals and strategic options for executives and business divisions
- Independently formulate responses to abstract management themes
- Operate cross-company strategy discussion forums
- Analyze issues in existing businesses and develop improvement and growth proposals
- Study domestic and international fintech business areas
- Develop commercialization plans for new business areas
- Support KPI achievement initiatives and manage project offices
