About the Role

You will support the in house legal department by handling core corporate functions such as equity and cap table management financing and due diligence tasks outside counsel administration and legal notices. You will drive corporate governance work streams including entity registrations and licensing board support and related filings. You will maintain corporate books minutes and resolutions to keep good standing. You will prepare signature envelopes track execution and archive final agreements. You will optimise department workflows and manage legal technology implementations. You will track and administer equity using Carta. You will learn and prepare mandatory filings to various jurisdictions. You will conduct KYC and due diligence by verifying documents for partners and transactions. You will manage tasks in Jira signatures in DocuSign and equity in Carta. You will provide general support to attorneys and to legal department projects. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in similar roles. You must reside in Vietnam and be able to travel to global offices as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in an in-house law department, top law firm, or similar working environment
• Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to global offices
