About the Role

You will manage corporate IT operations spanning identities, devices, SaaS, help desk services, procurement, and audit support. You will establish and operate security policies and a zero-trust architecture, administer collaboration tools and office networks, manage account lifecycles, and automate workflows using APIs, iPaaS, and AI agents.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating multiple corporate IT domains, including device management, identity and access management, collaboration tools, generative AI governance, workflow or ITSM tools, or office networks
• Experience integrating generative AI, AI agents, embeddings, or RAG into business-process automation and efficiency improvements
• Experience identifying operational issues, engaging stakeholders, and completing solutions
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Cross-functional project management skills
• Ability to manage vendors, inventory, procurement, and technology operations
• Business-level Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate security policies and a zero-trust architecture for identity, device, and SaaS use
• Establish governance and internal adoption for AI services and AI platforms
• Select, implement, and govern SaaS and cloud services
• Design and operate endpoint, account, and SaaS security controls
• Define device lifecycle management policies and automate device provisioning
• Design and operate account lifecycle processes for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Plan and drive workflow automation and system integrations using APIs, iPaaS, and AI agents
• Design, build, and operate office networks
• Operate the internal help desk and IT inquiry support system
