About the Role
You will own corporate SG&A consolidation, planning, and performance analysis across enterprise functions. You will manage functional-cost modeling in Vena, build profitability and investment models, prepare executive and Board analyses, use AI tools to improve financial insight, and strengthen planning, reporting, and data processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Experience owning corporate SG&A or enterprise-function budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Vena or comparable EPM/CPM platform proficiency, including model building, dimension management, and consolidation
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or comparable large language models for financial analysis
- Financial modeling, investment analysis, ROI modeling, payback analysis, and scenario planning skills
- Strong GAAP and income-statement knowledge
- Executive communication and presentation skills
- Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Own corporate SG&A consolidation, budgeting, reforecasting, long-range planning, allocations, accruals, and period-end close
- Maintain Functional Cost capabilities and SG&A dimensions in the Vena model
- Partner with enterprise-function leaders on spend visibility, variance explanations, planning, and executive reporting
- Build financial models for SG&A leverage, revenue growth, margin expansion, investment decisions, and AEBITDA profitability
- Evaluate enterprise-function investments through ROI, business-case, payback, and scenario analysis
- Track SG&A trends and prepare Board-, investor-, and external-guidance analyses
- Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve financial deliverables
- Drive process improvements across planning, reporting, and close
- Partner on functional-cost data products and self-service reporting
