About the Role
You will develop capital policy, equity stories, financing strategies, and fundraising-round execution. You will plan, source, and execute M&A and strategic investments; advance partnerships with domestic and international enterprises and research institutions; and support IPO preparation with internal corporate functions and securities firms.
Requirements
- Experience in investment banking, including fundraising, M&A advisory, or IPO work; private equity investment sourcing and execution; or corporate planning and management at a global technology company or consulting firm
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong interest in applying generative AI models such as LLMs and AI agents
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, law, or a related field
