About the Role

You will steer initiatives that advance decentralized technology for digital public goods and public systems. You will engage governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs, and civil society groups; educate decision makers; incubate civic use cases; connect institutions with domain experts and open-source developers; and coordinate contributors as priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in civic or institutional technology public infrastructure policy systems or solutions architecture open-source strategy or executive advisory
  • Track record of managing relationships with senior public-sector stakeholders
  • Understanding of Ethereum Web3 infrastructure open-source software and privacy-preserving technologies
  • Ability to design educational frameworks architecture briefings and pilot programs
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute public infrastructure initiatives
  • Build relationships with governments multilateral organizations NGOs and civil society groups
  • Educate decision makers through briefings architecture advice and workshops
  • Scope civic use cases and structure proofs of concept and pilots
  • Connect public institutions with Ethereum ecosystem experts and open-source development teams
  • Ensure initiatives remain within their defined mandate
  • Coordinate internal and external contributors
