About the Role
You will develop, tune, integrate, and validate trajectory-generation, control, and action-processing algorithms across vehicle platforms. You will build latency-sensitive C++ control software, evaluate controllers in simulation and on-road testing, diagnose issues, and integrate interfaces with adjacent systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, tune, and validate control, trajectory-generation, and action-processing algorithms
- Maintain and evolve controls software architecture
- Implement and maintain production-quality real-time C++ control software
- Use simulation, closed-loop evaluation, and on-road testing to validate improvements
- Define controller interfaces and integrate adjacent systems
