About the Role
You will draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial and procurement transactions. You will support live customer negotiations, manage deals from redline through signature, identify contractual risk, streamline contract processes, and turn deal learnings into templates and guidance.

Responsibilities
- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and close commercial and procurement transactions
- Negotiate IP licensing agreements with enterprise customers, vendors, and strategic partners
- Build scalable solutions that improve contracting efficiency
- Streamline contract management and identify contractual risks
- Support customer calls and live negotiations with Sales
- Manage deals from first redline through signature
- Create improved templates, playbooks, and guidance from deal learnings
