Content Platform Lead
Skills
About the Role
You will lead the buildout of the Content Platform, the unified content infrastructure powering Marketplace, web, and owned-and-operated experiences across MoneyLion and Gen's broader portfolio. You'll move the organization from one-off page creation to a scalable, reusable content system, owning the consolidation of a mixed content stack—legacy WordPress and custom CMS implementations alongside a modern headless CMS—onto a unified architecture. You'll define the content model, governance, workflow tooling, and AI-readiness of every consumer-facing surface, partnering closely with Web Experiences, Marketplace, PMM, Lifecycle, SEO, and Engineering teams to turn content into a structured, AI-ready asset that fuels personalization, experimentation, and cross-brand reuse.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of product management experience for L10, or 10+ years for L11, with time spent on content platforms, CMS, web infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Deep experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Sanity, Contentstack, Strapi, or similar)
- Strong understanding of content modeling, taxonomy design, component-based design systems, and structured content
- Proven track record leading CMS consolidation, re-platforming, or migration programs off legacy stacks
- Familiarity with rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR), web performance, and SEO implications of content architecture
- Ability to define AI-ready content architecture (content-as-data, embeddings, tagging, taxonomies)
- Strong collaboration with design-system and front-end engineering teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong data literacy preferred
