About the Role
You will create clear, on-brand copy for social media, web, email, campaigns, product announcements, and lifecycle messaging. You will own the content calendar, respond quickly to relevant AI and crypto news, engage communities, maintain a distinct brand voice, collaborate on creative work, and mentor contributors.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional copywriting experience in an agency or fast-paced creative setting
- Experience managing or writing for a brand on Twitter/X
- Understanding of AI/ML technology culture and fluency in crypto/Web3 topics
- Experience writing email campaigns and lifecycle messaging
- A portfolio demonstrating range, clarity, and brand voice development
- Ability to write for B2B and B2C audiences
Responsibilities
- Write on-brand copy for X, the website, email, and campaign assets
- Own the content calendar from drafting through approval and publishing
- Create fast-turn content in response to major AI and crypto news
- Engage in social-media comments and build relationships with other communities
- Lead copy for email campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and product announcements
- Partner with the PR team to maintain consistent messaging
- Shape and protect the brand voice across digital touchpoints
- Create short-form copy for AI, crypto, developer, and tech-native audiences
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account leads from concept through execution
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and speed
- Track AI, crypto, and blockchain developments and turn relevant moments into content
- Support creative presentations and explain copy rationale
- Mentor content writers and review open-source community contributions
