About the Role
Drive Paxos Labs' content motion across X, LinkedIn, and other platforms by translating technical ideas into compelling stories, creating video content, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, social strategy, or creator-style roles, ideally in fintech or crypto.
- Strong editorial instincts and understanding of social storytelling across platforms.
- Ability to write quickly and clearly, from technical explainers to witty tweet threads.
- Scrappy, hands-on, multidisciplinary approach with enthusiasm for creative processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the social content calendar across X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and potentially TikTok.
- Write and edit long-form content including blog posts, thought leadership, and op-eds.
- Write short-form copy including tweets, captions, and scripts.
- Turn product launches, events, and ecosystem partnerships into compelling stories.
- Draft, refine, and co-create scripts for the company's video series.
- Work with a designer/editor to create clips, reels, and short-form content from raw footage.
- Experiment with AI tools such as Descript, Runway, ChatGPT, and OpusClip.
- Manage posting, scheduling, and light analytics for owned channels.
- Partner with Product, BD, and Comms to amplify launches and ecosystem stories.
- Coordinate with the PR agency on earned and owned content alignment.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to maintain brand voice consistency.
