About the Role

You will serve as a trusted advisor to CXO level leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance. You will drive end-to-end talent management including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development. You will lead organizational design and restructures, partner with L&D on manager development, and champion diversity and inclusion. You will manage complex employee relations matters, act as a culture champion, and leverage people analytics to inform decisions. You will also partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions and help improve HR policies and processes.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role supporting senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization
  • Track record of leading organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives at scale
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases end to end
  • Strong commercial acumen connecting people strategy to business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics tools
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
  • Avid AI user to help reinvent the employee experience with AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to 2 CXO level leaders
  • Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance
  • Influence and challenge senior stakeholders with data-backed insights
  • Drive end-to-end talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development
  • Identify organizational design opportunities and lead restructures
  • Partner with L&D to develop and deliver Manager Development Workshops
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances
  • Act as a culture champion and identify engagement trends
  • Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and leadership offsites
  • Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes
