About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor to CXO level leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance. You will drive end-to-end talent management including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development. You will lead organizational design and restructures, partner with L&D on manager development, and champion diversity and inclusion. You will manage complex employee relations matters, act as a culture champion, and leverage people analytics to inform decisions. You will also partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions and help improve HR policies and processes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization
- Track record of leading organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives at scale
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases end to end
- Strong commercial acumen connecting people strategy to business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics tools
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
- Avid AI user to help reinvent the employee experience with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to 2 CXO level leaders
- Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Drive end-to-end talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development
- Identify organizational design opportunities and lead restructures
- Partner with L&D to develop and deliver Manager Development Workshops
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances
- Act as a culture champion and identify engagement trends
- Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and leadership offsites
- Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes
