About the Role
You will lead structural construction for data-center infrastructure. You will coordinate contractors and crews, oversee foundations, concrete, steel, and support systems, maintain project documentation, enforce schedules and safety requirements, resolve site issues, inspect work, and report progress and risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects
- 3+ years of hands-on structural experience, including foundations, concrete forming, rebar, structural steel erection, and heavy support systems
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug and alcohol testing
- Pass pre-employment and annual post-employment background checks
- Be available for evenings and weekends as needed
- Lift 25+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in outdoor and tight conditions
Responsibilities
- Oversee structural installations, including foundations, concrete, structural steel, equipment supports, and seismic systems
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews
- Maintain construction logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation
- Develop and enforce construction schedules and budgets
- Enforce safety requirements for excavation, rigging, steel erection, and concrete operations
- Lead, train, and supervise foremen and structural crews
- Resolve material, technical, sequencing, and trade-coordination issues
- Inspect work for regulatory, structural-code, safety, and quality compliance
- Prepare progress reports, construction metrics, and risk updates
