About the Role
You will run field execution on gigawatt-scale data-center builds, coordinating sequencing, trades, and daily production. You will identify and clear blockers involving RFIs, materials, access, and inspections. You will enforce quality and safety standards and coordinate commissioning so systems are completed in startup order.
Requirements
- Superintend heavy industrial or mission-critical construction and meet delivery dates
- Sequence trades and identify clashes
- Close out punch lists
- Travel and live where the work is
- Data center MEP-heavy build, modular installation, OSHA 30, or commissioning handover experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Run field sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan
- Walk the job daily and clear blockers involving RFIs, materials, access, and inspections
- Enforce quality and safety standards at the workface
- Coordinate with commissioning to complete systems in startup order
