About the Role

You will be a key contributor within a centralized construction management platform, directly responsible for the successful execution of home turns and renovation projects. You'll blend construction expertise with hands-on project ownership, scoping, pricing, and managing projects from inspection through completion. You'll develop accurate scopes of work, validate pricing, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all work is completed within scope, budget, and timeline expectations. You'll act as both estimator and project controller, leveraging field data, vendor feedback, and inspection details to create clear, actionable project plans. You'll closely monitor high-volume, automated, and AI agent-assisted workflow processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cost efficiency across multiple concurrent projects. You'll make precise remote decisions using video or photographic inspections.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in construction or project management software (e.g., NavigateAI, SiteCapture, RenoWalk, BuilderTrend, Procore)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within a distributed team model
