About the Role
You assist with daily construction activities across active sites, support project tracking and contractor communications, monitor progress and risks, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, participate in inspections and punch-list generation, track budgets and costs, maintain project records, and help enforce site safety protocols.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant construction experience
- Familiarity with construction scheduling, procurement, and documentation
- Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
- Experience working with general contractors and trade partners
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
- Communication skills
- Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites
- Support senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews
- Monitor construction progress and identify risks, delays, or quality concerns
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation
- Support budgeting and cost tracking, including invoice and change order reviews
- Maintain records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builts
- Ensure safety practices and site protocols are followed
