About the Role
You will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects by supervising construction activities, direct hires, and subcontractors. You will ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet schedules, budgets, codes, quality standards, and project requirements while coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, logistics, and multiple project sites.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Understanding of industry codes and standards
- Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project details
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, or similar construction management software
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities
- Ensure MEP systems are installed on schedule and within budget
- Inspect materials, equipment, and construction deliveries
- Develop execution plans, schedules, and logistics
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Coordinate testing and commissioning
- Travel to multiple project sites as needed
