About the Role
You will coordinate tenant-improvement construction and serve as the daily interface with the general contractor. You will track construction against the production ramp, manage punch and turnover activities, and maintain RFIs, submittals, and change orders through closure.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating commercial or industrial construction from the owner or general contractor side
- Experience managing tenant-improvement work in an operating facility
- Experience maintaining RFI and submittal logs
- Experience closing punch lists
- Ability to identify and escalate schedule threats
- Manufacturing fit-outs
- Procore

- MEP coordination
