You will build reliable cross-system workflows, improve release and rollback processes, strengthen monitoring and incident handling, and collaborate on automated resource lifecycle management for CPU, GPU, and NPU infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer architecture.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of backend or infrastructure-platform development experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
- Proficiency in Go.
- Ability to independently design, code, test, and troubleshoot services.
- Familiarity with MySQL and Redis.
- Understanding of transactions, concurrent updates, idempotency, state machines, and data migration.
- Continuous production-service maintenance experience, including releases, monitoring, alerts, incident handling, and rollbacks.
- Ability to improve existing systems while maintaining interface and data compatibility.
- Ability to drive cross-functional issue resolution and turn repetitive operations into tools, processes, or system capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate hardware health management systems.
- Automatically detect, isolate, and remediate abnormal hardware.
- Develop core backend services for the fault-management platform.
- Build work-order state flows, audit trails, task assignment, notifications, and external-system integrations.
- Design reliable cross-system interaction mechanisms.
- Handle duplicate requests, interface timeouts, out-of-order callbacks, and partial-success scenarios.
- Manage service releases, database changes, and rollback plans.
- Build automated testing and end-to-end acceptance capabilities.
- Improve metrics, logs, and alerts.
- Participate in production on-call work and incident remediation.
- Drive incident retrospectives and long-term fixes.
- Collaborate on interface contracts and responsibility boundaries for resource management, automation, and repair operations.
