About the Role
Support regulatory and financial compliance under MiCAR, GDPR, DORA, AMLR, MiFID, PSD2, and related guidelines. Monitor operational processes, support stakeholders and policy updates, manage conflicts of interest and STOR reporting, assist with complaints management, and prepare regulatory analyses and feasibility studies.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology, and tokenization initiatives
- Knowledge of the European regulatory framework for Crypto Asset Service Providers
- Ability to balance regulatory rigor with technological challenges
- Experience communicating with national and European regulators
- Technical English proficiency equivalent to Italian proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in FinTech or crypto compliance
Responsibilities
- Support regulatory and financial compliance activities focused on MiCAR, GDPR, DORA, AMLR, MiFID, and PSD2
- Monitor operational processes and CASP legislative requirements within the European Union
- Support implementation of the Organization and Management Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/01
- Support operational stakeholders in maintaining and updating standard operating procedures and policies
- Identify and manage conflicts of interest and perform compliance controls
- Prepare conflict-of-interest reports
- Monitor and manage market abuse activities and STOR reporting
- Support management and monitoring of complaints activities
- Prepare regulatory analyses and feasibility studies on national, European, and international regulations
