About the Role
You will lead complex growth initiatives from problem definition through launch and optimization. You will define requirements with product and engineering partners, coordinate stakeholders, manage governance and risks, support testing and readiness, and create repeatable frameworks, documentation, training, and scalable operating models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management product operations payments fintech risk compliance or similar roles
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure payment methods network rules or merchant payment flows
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on systems workflows or controls
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong planning execution and risk management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Experience with scalable solutions automation and operational efficiency
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Experience with compliance product legal or partner-related launches is a plus
- Exposure to merchant onboarding payment methods scheme rules or financial partner programs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs for compliant launches
- Drive initiatives from requirements gathering through post-launch optimization
- Define business requirements operational models controls and system enhancements
- Align stakeholders on launch readiness ownership and dependencies
- Identify gaps and design pragmatic growth solutions
- Maintain program plans decision logs milestones and governance routines
- Escalate blockers and risks with clear recommendations
- Coordinate testing readiness launches and post-launch reviews
- Build documentation training materials and playbooks
- Track metrics issues and program outcomes
- Standardize scalable processes across regions and product lines
